Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@inkwellcats.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.
